Your current Discord username and tag. It'll look something like "CornFan#2977". Please don't change your username or tag after submitting the appeal, otherwise we can't remove the ban if your appeal is accepted.
Note: An exception to this is if you were banned for having an inappropriate name. For those cases, please change your name and enter your old name below so we can easily look up your ban.
